I was told the full poly would kill my arm, I am use to using nxt 18, live wire pro, xcel, kgut.

What would be a good choice to hybrid this with!

NRG2 x-1? although since its texutirzed it will rip through faster.

How about Prince Synthetic Gut Original. It's seems a false economy putting something like X1 or NRG in there. PSGO should soften the string bed up nicely.

Any soft multi will do the job.

Thanks everyone, I use something I can find from my stringing friend for free, like prince gut, I will miss the all black string bed though LOL but i rather play better than have killer equip looks, or klip synthetic gut.. or a thick multi.

Depends on what sort of feeling you want from the stringbed. If you want feel, touch and softness, then Xcel. NXT feels similar to Xcel but loses tension much faster. Nice feeling string though, even if it is for a short period of time. If you want slightly stiffer and more resiliance, Prince LT or Xcel Power.

I personally use Spiral Flex as crosses with Black code and it feels great and holds up well also.

It's not going to hurt your arm, that's crazy talk, go full bed.

If you have no experience with a full polyester string bed, there's no way of knowing if poly will indeed "kill your arm" as you have been warned. Black Code is a fairly soft poly and is not anywhere near as harsh as Luxilon strings. My advice would be to try a full poly bed and see if it hurts. At the first sign of discomfort, try a hybrid with Gosen OG Sheep Micro.
