    She does actually.

FYI, imo, this is the first movie that comes very close to describing the ground reality. Other wall st movies are a bit of stretch.

    Fast Five

If you want to watch a movie with a lot of action and just want to relax, I can easily recommend it.

Just finished 50/50. I really liked, it is dramatic but just when it needs to be dramatic and funny when it has to be funny. Those three young actors do a really good job too.

That's horse$hit. That was real good movie. "every" actor wasn't a Oscar nominee but what movie is?

Ditto. In my case, it was less than enjoyable because the whole theather kept talking during the movie. Never happened to me before.... it wasn't two, three or four people talking, it was the ENTIRE FREAKING AUDIENCE.

The movie per se, merely OK.

I wasn't too fussed on The Iron Lady. There's a really thrilling story to be told about a woman who had to fight her way to the top in a male dominated world, but everything interesting or important was told through short montages. The Falklands War, the Miners Strikes etc, you could make a film about either one on their own.

I thought it was pretty poor taste too, to make a film about an elderly woman with dementia who's still alive to see it.

It was absolutely hilarious though when they covered the Brighton bombing though, Jim Broadbent standing in the rubble covered in dust "Myyyyy Shoooeeees!"

Yeah, just did this. Fast Five was fun in a summer action movie type way. Vin Diesel vs. The Rock, Fast Cars. That last chase scene was unrealistic but a lot of fun.

    Can't wait for Fast 6.

Contagion with my GF, holy cow that was the worst film I've ever seen.
I chose the film and thought she would break up with me afterwards.
That was rather a documentaty than a film medical thriller that it was supposed to be.
Seriously guys I wouldn't recommend you that film.
    Even worse than The Happening.

Should have read through this thread a bit.

BTW did anyone see The Grey?
I like Neeson, thought he was badass in Taken, A-Team and Unknown.

Contagion made me feel like I was the only one in the world. And I was the only one in the room because everyone bailed early.

Watched Scarface, honestly preferred Al Pacino's character in Carlito's way than Tony Montana. Pacino at his best in that film.

Agree with you. I think Carlittos Way is an overlooked movie.

Last one I watched was The Warrior. Not a fan of MMA but movie was good.

I saw Friends With Benefit last night. Pretty Good kind of different, they could have used a better actor for the male character though.

    Safe House

This film is overwrought garbage. Chase -- fight -- chase -- fight --chase --fight. It's spy versus spy, with the usual predictable double-agent plot twists. Utterly forgettable.

Yeah Contagion was just one of those movies where there was just way too many things going on. I definitely did not enjoy trying to follow all the story lines, weak character development, and unexplained things, as well the fact many questions or things were left unanswered or not concluded.

    Very weak movie imho.

Last movie I watched was Abduction. Had zero expectations for the movie, so I wasn't disappointed. It was decent, but obviously nothing special.

At least it was better than No Strings Attached. I think I can tolerate Timberlake way more than that jackass Ashton Kutcher.

Though I must say I like Natalie Portman just a bit better than Mila Kunis.

Either way, both movies were predictable. It's like every Vince Vaughn movie ever made - "I'm incapable of loving another person... Oh, wait, no I'm not."

Looking forward to watching Catch Me if You Can on TNT tonight. I don't believe I've ever been able to watch the whole thing start to finish, but I've seen the majority of the movie. I quite like it :D

Blends the worst elements of Star Wars, Gladiator, Terminator, and Cowboys and Aliens. Played mostly for laughs, no suspense, no surprises, script never makes an unexpected turn. "Are you not entertained??!!" Not particularly.

The Oscar winning "A Separation" follows the day-to-day struggles of an Iranian family, with a plot revolving around a kind of "CSI Tehran" crime drama. The film draws you in with uniformly excellent ensemble acting.

With Brendan Gleeson and Don Cheadle. Freaking hilarious! I needed the subtitles for the first five minutes or so because the of Irish accents/slang.
