Godzilla won't die, she multiplies

Good film. Kind of drags on though.
Nadal will prolly pronounce it "Go hira" since they don't do the J.
I saw the first 20 mins of Lord of the Rings (I) for the millionth time. Will continue tonight. Hopefully this gets me back to watching movies.
I love those movies but have SUCH a difficult time sitting through one start to finish.
Well, The Amazing Spiderman 2 was.... something. Good thing I didn't pay for the ticket.
Remakes, reboots, sequels, prequels, spinoffs, and adaptations= GOAT
There aren't a ton of original movies these days hm? Frustrating.
Nice new avatar btw.
ALL IS LOST
Our man vs. the ocean in one of the most understated and riveting performances I've seen so far. The fact that I watched it during a loud thunderstorm only increased its visceral affect.
I thought Captain Phillips was excellent. This is better.
There are 'original' movies out there, but they aren't marketed well unless there's a lot of money or a big name behind the project.
This one (below) is not a remake or a retelling for sure.
Leon The Professional. 1994, Jean Reno, Gary Oldman and Natalie Portman (debut). Interesting and pretty good.
Finally saw "Hachiko, a dog story" the other day.
Late edit: forgot to mention that Leon is a big fan of Gene Kelly musicals
I watched 'Pompeii' in 3D.
Very quick analysis: Blah.
The makers didn't want any plot or actual history to come confound on the special effects way.
Saw 2001: A Space Odyssey (again after several years).
Ah yes,I loved that scene where they were dressing up as famous people and the only one Leon knew was Gene Kelly.
The Truman Show. Still a great film...
A Million Ways to Die in the West
Most of the jokes fall flat in this lame parody. Unlike "Blazing Saddles" which treats the western with a certain affection, MacFarlane seems to smirk a bit too much at the genre and winds up seeming like an outsider in his own movie.
Why does MacFarlane talk so fast in that film?
His acting was featureless and the worst thing about the film. He should have either gotten someone else to play his role or stayed in and hired someone else to direct. Neil Patrick Harris was very funny in the film.
Zodiac. Competent and compelling thriller directed by David Fincher
He was the director as well? Wow...
I'm not surprised that NPH was the funny one.... He kept How I Met Your Mother going... and that show jumped the shark a few seasons in..
Did not much care for Animal House.
The scene of Bluto in the cafeteria filling up his p(l)ate reminded me of someone who dances while playing
A horror classic, Jeepers Creepers... LOVE IT!
I heard there finally making a third one this year, so excited for that as well!
The Game(1997). I like Michael Douglas but found this film a bit of a mess
Saw the new Tom Cruise movie (Edge of Tomorrow). I thought it was OK, a bit too much Groundhog Day but all in all a fine film.
Saw Xmen 2 nights ago, very awesome story and movie, opens up a huge world of possibilities.
This counts as a movie, right? Two thumbs up, two big toes up!
You've put this in three threads in 11 seconds. Settle down..
I wasn't enthralled with Winter Soldier at all! Is this much better?
Just got home from watching 'neighbors'. Hilarious...but that type of comedy isn't for everyone.
haha ! I just noticed that, too.
Who is that gif of?
Thought Jeepers Creepers 2 was better than 1, which was really good. Looking forward to 3.
Oh yea that was fun. Can't wait for the third!
Insidious 2... Absolutely hated myself for watching this enjoyable movie because I was scared the whole time. I thought the haunting was better than the 1st one too.
Also watched Neighbors, it was pretty funny.
If you have seen the previous XMEN then yes you will love it, if you like First Class you will really like Future Past.....and there is a very end of credit scene so don't leave early.
The suresh Master Class Forehand gif is destined to be in every thread, in every forum on the internet, so you best get used to it.
Thanks, won't be leaving early.
Saw Maleficent today. Its crap.
Yes me too. I have seen number 2 much more than 1, and I saw it first as well.
Hmm, I disagree there. Yes it was really good, but more haunting than the first? IMO, I dont think so...
Saw Splice. Started off as sci-fi-ish but then became a horror movie, a lot like Species without a sexy lady.
I just can't get excited about blockbusters anymore. Prefer the smaller budget movies that take out all the BS.
Naked (1993). Stunning film by Mike Leigh, one of the best of the 90s.
Saw Godzilla. Disjointed. Meandering. Poor character and monster development. Only rated 2 lobs out of 5.
Upstream Color - Interesting movie from the guy who made Looper. But quite tough to follow at times.
Wolfcreek 2 - intense but too gory.
I hear there's a sequel on the way. I'm looking to seeing Godzilla show up in that one.
Being There with Peter Sellers
New xmen movie. Fantastic
Second this. If Jolie wasn't in it, would not have even been a movie at all. Awful even with her.
so this EDGE of Tomorrow as GOOD as critics and reviews say it is ??????? they are talking like this is the BEST movie of the summer and possibly the Year.
like I said,,,, they should have given Godzilla Character and Personality and ability to Talk. and it needs to talk to humans and be able to love
Right, since it was made for kids.......that makes sense
Separate names with a comma.
