The dream Djokodal WTF2013 final, since it's a matchup between no. 1 and no. 2, (and more likely according to the odds) was somehow spoilt by the SWISS men?

I can forsee many complaints ... and heaps of cheering as well :)

The dream WTF final is Djokovic - Fedeerer, not Djokovic - Nadal.

Who in their right mind, wants to watch Nadal in the final?

I would love it! I would relax on my couch, turn on the tv coverage of the match and enjoy myself a nice one of these:

The final is in London, not Belgrade.

Wouldnt it be awesome to see Stan win the WTF, even if that means it comes at the expense of Fed ?

Imagine 3 upsets - Nadal and Novak losing in semis and Fed in finals - would just give the momentum Stan needs for 2014.

My point exactly. The real final in London is Djokovic- Federer.

No. It should not come at the expense of Djokovic, as far as I am concerned.

Do people care about Djokovic outside of Serbia? His team's been whining about Djoker not getting crowd support in London.

Sorry, but Fedal is rivalry of the past. Djokovic is the top player currently and people like and respect that anywhere in the world.

So everyone is off topic. The point is what is the real WTF final. Options are:
    1. Djokovic - Nadal
    2. Djokovic - Federer

    My point is:
The real WTF final out of those two, the most of the real tennis fans want to see, is Djokovic - Federer.

Is tough for you knowing that Federer and Nadal has the best matchup in tennis history? Is it hard for you to see how much they are loved and their friendship?
Novak is 11 months younger than Rafa, and Rafas special matchup has been Federer. Rafa special matchup for Federer. Federer is the goat, but Rafa leads h2h. It is special just that also.
If you were a tennisfan yourself you should know this isnt about how many matches they play together only, but the tennis in the match.
Enjoy it while it last, not sure how many more matches they will play together.

    I do
We've already had Fedovic last year and this year twice in a row (Paris and WTF RR). Don't you crave a bit of variety?
The good thing if the final is Fed vs Swiss lapdog is that I can finally take time to go to the hairdresser. Really no need to even attempt watching such a dud with obligatory outcome and self congratulating Freddy fest. Yuck.

Don't rule it out. Stan has played two great matches against Djokovic this year in bigger tournaments. He could possibly play very relaxed with nothing to lose and he has the game to compete with the best.

No need to analyze the other match. Just mention that this is where Federer matches up best with Nadal.

For sure, they are underdogs but I honestly would not be that surprised if it happens.

Who cares, it is WTF after all.

Perhaps Federer will win the event. But I think it does not mean anything. Give the man his moment in the sun in this exhibition event.

The rubber meets the road in the AO 2014. I suspect he'll be out in the second or the third round.

I picked Djokovic to win his semi against Wawa for Sudden Death League. It's a win-win situation for me, because if Djokovic wins, I made a good pick, and if Djokovic loses, I'll be thrilled for Wawrinka to make it over the hump and for Nadal to have his best shot at winning the tournament.

I do think Djokovic is going to win it all in a 3-set final, but I'm pulling for Nadal to get this one to conclude a phenomenal year.

Djokovic and Nadal have both had significant lapses in play during Round Robin play, so I think a Nadkovic final will be interesting to see.

Although I m a die hard Federer (and Nieminen ofc, as a Finn) fan, the dream final is IMO Djokovic-Nadal because I believe, despite Nadal being number 1 at the moment, there is so much at stake what comes to potential mental edge considering next year.
