Would you exchange a unnoticeable margin of speed for a better bh, serve &experience?

Let's say your a professional playing during a fast court era. You know about the proces of courts being slown down.

Would you exchange speed, step or 2 for a better backhand, serve, experience and mental touchness?

    A very interesting question.

No, I don't think I would exchange a much better movement, FH, transition from defense to offense, stamina/endurance, ROS and mental toughness for a marginally better serve, improved dropshot and a bad back.

I would want to have the best chance possible of reaching 7 (for example) finals in a row across different surfaces.

Tennis is a game mastered by experts of the control of the two body extremities...you're not going to succeed at any level if you don't have great footwork and you'll never be a true great if your mind gets in the way.
