He's basically dropped off the face of the earth, not long ago he was in the top 10, pushing Murray for fourth place. What's happened to him? He's not even ranked anymore.

He won 2011 Bastad in dominant fashion. Then he got injured. Then he got mono. And since then, he has been unable to train to the standard that is needed, due to chronic fatigue.

He made the mistake of going out to eat with his friends, while in Spain.

LOL....heard he and gf will be parents , wonder if he will want to come back on tour with a baby and all the rigors of traveling . Hope he recovers. Some good examples of successful return after a long hiatis are Baker and Fish.

He went on vacation travelling around the world and made up a lie about having a bad case of Mono that's supposed to last for a whole year.

Mono is something tennis players get and NBA, MLB, Fifa, NFL and NFL players seem to never get. I wonder why? Is it because players get so exhausted that they use that as an excuse to take time off instead of just announcing they are tired and need time off to just decompress and rest?

When I call out sick from work, I just say I have the "flu" but how many other people who use flu excuse really have it? It's the same with tennis players. They use it because it sounds better than, I'm feeling exhausted and lazy - I don't wanna come into work.
