Varies between practice, hitting with someone, or a tournament match. I'll go with tournament since that's the most.

Elbow brace (in case of elbow pain / early signs of tennis elbow)
    Wrist Band (sweat)
    Water/Gatorade
    Overgrips
Vibration dampener (In case my rubber band breaks)
Medical Tape (great for taping up a bandaid over a blister)
    Bandaids
    Change of shirt

    :)

Two identical Wilson H2 rackets. (I switch at change-overs so I always have a dry grip)
    Lots of sweatbands
    Towel
Most important: A bottle of Aleve

I don't carry a bag. I just show up with my rackets. I don't make much attempt to look good on the court, and I've never been organized enough to buy stuff in advance. Just get it as I need it, and the only thing I really need are my rackets.

(When I play in a tourney, I keep an extra set of clothes in my car.)

Best answer I ever heard was, after a bad call during a 3rd set tie-break, player wished he had packed his gat to settle that dispute. Obviously the set was over with that comment. Never saw that guy again, or his gat. Entertaining dubs for sure.

In addition to a lot of the things already mentioned, I carry an extra center net strap in case I end up playing on some public courts that don't have one. It was cheap and doesn't take up much room. I also made up some singles net sticks out of 3/4 PVC pipe that I use to make sure the net is a regulation height. I may sound like a little much, but no sense getting use to a low net down the line.

Are we done with the johnson swinging yet? Y all feeling better now boys?

If anyone cares I'm bringing a stringing machine to the courts. Fits nicely in my 3 racquets bag along with my Bolletieri hitting wall. I had to give up on the idea of bringing the ball machine as well. Didn't feel like investing in a 6 racquets bag.

    What's In Your Bag?

I'm curious as to what other board members carry to the courts.

Do you have several matched rackets with strings at different tensions?

Do you bring just one racket?

Do you keep a wooden racket or a favorite "oldie" for practice or sentimental reasons?

Do you match the brand of frame you play with to your bag of choice?

Do you use different frames for different conditions or opponents?

    Just wondering...

I carry 3 Wilson PS 85's (Chicago version) in my bag. All are strung at the same tension, all are matched to be 5pts HL, and all three weigh 376g). My racquets all feel alike, I'll switch when the string job loses too much tension. Nope, I don't match racquet brands with the same bag brand. If there were the case, I'd have to buy a lot of different bags.

I'll be sure to avoid playing with this group -- most don't seem to bring balls to the court.
