I usually prefer non-fiction. Some recent books that I've read and enjoyed are
Into the Wild, Into Thin Air, Affluenza and Getting Loaded so I like adventure and personal finance/real estate books. Any recommendations?

"The death of a president", "Common Ground", and "The powerbroker" are three non-fiction classics that come to mind.
