Every time I demo an old classic from you guys, it arrives looking like something that my kids use for hitting rocks into the creek! An example being a PS 6.0 85 that would sell on **** for about a $1.50. The bumper was so trashed that I cut my finger on a shard of plastic sticking out of it and the leather grip was no where to be found. Same condition was found on an iPrestige Mid I ordered last year. The strings on both these frames were dead as a doornail. How are you supposed to evaluate a racket when it's one forehand away from the dumpster? Not what I'm used to from a quality outfit like yourselves.

It's not their fault that users trash their demos. The Prestige Classic demo I ordered from them (the last one!) was nearly perfect. I guess YMMV?
