    In the 90's, some Baskin Robbins outlets had a nice icecream called Chocolate Fudge. That was the only one at BR I liked.

    I know. We served salted caramel with our baked plums and then later with a chocolate fondant. But I've dabbled with the idea of onions for years now, and because I don't work in a "normal" restaurant kitchen now (sushi) the only way to try things out are at home.
