Every weekend - after about 5 hours on every overgrip. I use white supergrap and pink wilson pro, both show dirty very clearly.

I suffer from change-grip-all-the-time-itis. I'm doing well if I can go a week without changing overgrips (I play at least an hour a day).

I use the Wilson Pro Overgrip (I can only find the white ones for retail) and they get dirty really quickly, which surprise surprise, prompts me to change my grip even though it's still technically good to use. Great marketting tactic, but not so great for consumers IMO. After I finish with my last few Wilson Pros, I'm going to switch to a different one; not because I dislike the grip itself, I love it, but it bothers me when my grip looks grimey.

I have 8 match racquets that I rotate every set, & since I hit or play competitively everyday, I change them all once a month. On the 1st of the month if I can remember.

when i find myself getting more points by my opponent dodging my flying racket rather than hitting winners... but seriously after about 2-3 matches.
