when to determine if you have truly "evolved" mentally as a junior

    when and how do you know that you have become mentally tougher as a junior and losing points here and there do not make you mad.

    also, how can you speed up this process for upcoming juniors.

    if you wana speed up the process i would take them to an academy that does a mental toughness class like boleterri and evert i think... btw nice username....=

    One way could be beating somebody who has always beat you in the past, and another could be coming from a huge defecit to win, or winning even when one of your shots really isn't working for you/ injured and somehow found a way to win.

    It may come when you put tennis in it's proper perspective in life, when you treat your opponents and your doubles partners as you would like to be treated- and you show up with a fresh can of balls for once.

    I guess that is maturity evolution.
