Here is a list of the top 100. Maybe the hive mind here at TT, we can come up with a list of the 1hbh in the top 100. If you know if a player is 1hbh, just add his name to the thread. If someone has been improperly added as 1hbh, please speak up. I'll put together the list and post it. This shouldn't be so hard.

I'm surprised there are so many. Very few juniors play 1hbh, so the fact 27% of pros do suggests that the 1hbh is not the liability in the pros that it is in the juniors.

in the one hander thread we've been noting how many one handers reach the quarters of ATP events and usually the number last year was good. Often 5-8 of the last 16 were 1hrs.

If you see lower ranks you'll find plenty of one handers. I've seen challengers where both finalists were one handers.

Doubles too has a bunch of 1h - Leander Paes comes to mind.

    So does Drakulie, btw.

Then you would not count Petcsher (sp?) who only uses a slice.

He does but having been injured for most of last year, he's "slightly outside the top 100" (i.e somewhere around 1000). He's in the main draw at the aussie open based on "protected ranking" and had the "good luck" of drawing Murray in the first round. Such is life :p.

You can see him on TV ! Yes, Sergiy Stakhovsky has a great 1hander as well.

Yup, but Drakulie wasn't top 15 in the world and doesn't have any Master Series titles as far as I remember. I guess he didn't get to the quarters @ Roland Garros either...but I may be wrong. Will have to double check with him for that one.

I heard (i think from Drak) that 2 of the top junior players are 1h. Perhaps US #1.
