I guess the title says it all. Suggestions of racquets are welcome (new, or old). Thanks.

agree 100% w/ Pre-2002 Bab. Pure Control. This thing packs a serious punch. I used it for about 6 months and then got an MP1 Tour 98 which is not in the same power league but has more pop than a traditional player's stick. I hear the Fischer Pro Tour has quite powerful too.

I will vouch for the Fischer Pro Tour FT. It is a load to bring around but when you do get it around, it's like a canon going off.

Well, Roddick uses that racquet (if it's not a paintjob?). I don't think anybody in their right mind would say he's not a "player"?

MP-1 98, IMO, has less power than Bab PC.
In serving department, it had much less power than
a lot of "player"'s frames (maybe it's just me but that's
    how I felt.).

Technically, a Pure Drive is NOT a "players" racket.....regardless of who uses it. High power, widebodies = game improvement sticks, although the PD is considered a "tweener"....(which is between a players stick and a game improvement stick).

2 forgotten racquets that IMO packed some punch are the MegaAge M1 and Babolat Aerotour Pro Limited, both more evenly balanced than most "players" racquets.

I agree. I should have added "12+ ounces, headlight, ect." to my original thread.

Well, Roddick is NOT a "player", he is a "Champion", but I hate to say it.
