I've recently changed my old-fashioned slow-swinging forehand to a wristier stroke with more racquet head speed. I've enjoyed my Volkls since I bought them a few years ago but feel as if they're a bit heavy for me to generate the head-speed I'm looking for, especially on return of serve. Any advice, especially about which players racquets might give me a little more pop without sacrificing too much control would be great.

Racquet: C10 Pro Tour (93), Prince Synthetic Gut Original @62lbs.
Player: 40 year-old all-court player. County tennis 20 years ago, club champion 10 years ago but it all seems very long-ago now!

Try a couple of the newer Volkl's if you generally like the way they feel. The Tour 10 MP, Cat 10, or maybe a Tour 8.

the Tour Diablo and RDX 500 are good players racquets that offer a good amount of pop along with their great control...look into those!
