Well hexonic would be a "spin control" obviously since it's hex-shaped and i haven't tried hexonic but i've heard it's plasticky crap. I've tried BAM strung at 55 and it offered good control but too much power for me and that was when i was using a powerful frame (Prince EXO3 Red) a long time ago. If your a spin player I've heard Pro Supex Blue Gear is good but if your a flat hitter i would reccomend BAM or the new Big Ace Revo.

Thanks. That is twice that blue gear was suggested. I don't want one of those plasticy feeling strings though. Is it like that?

Kiteboard that doesn't help much lol sorry.

well blue gear has everything but feel. So if your not a baseliner i wouldn;t get these because they're probably terrible on volleys but if you get Blue Gear Ultra Spin from thetennisdepot.com you'll get more spin and comfort then regular blue gear. And i don't think blue gear is supposed to be plasticky...anyone wanna back me up on this?

BG isnt that "plastic." Is however a very spin friendly string. Just form my experience I would suggest MSV Focus Hex. But if you do go with the BG...go with the 17g.

not any more than BG IMO. If you want a similar string with feel, try Solinco Revolution or Tour Bite.

I have tried both Hexonic and Big Ace Micro and IMHO the Big Ace Micro is far superior, super control.
As mentioned in a previous post, a good way to describe Hexonic was that it did feel plasticky, I cut it out after one hitting session, it did remind me of MSV Focus, a superior weed whipper line.

Bg is stiff, not plastic. Lots of spin, best hybrid with vs team 17g.
