Pretty good field here this week. 13th seed Na Li dropped out. All the seeds still remain. Mauresmo is the #1 seed. Serena is the eight seed. I like Jankovic to win the title.

I don't think you can win if you don't play. Justine struggled in Berlin last week barely beating Jankovic and losing to Kuznetsova. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

Serena will probably win although I don't know if she's good on clay.

Well she won a small tournament called the French Open about 5 years ago so I guess you could say she knows how to win on clay. I think she could beat Baghdatis on clay.

Well compared to the hard courts she has accomplished less on clay courts ;)

Everyone in the top 100 could beat Baghdatis on clay (or any court).

I'm going to have to agree with you on Baghdatis being vulnerable on clay. At least you're not deluded like many Safin fans.

I like Jankovic's game, but she's got some mental issues, as evidenced by last year's USO semifinal and her match against Henin at the German Open.

While, not a huge problem (yet), it worries me.

    In an in between place.
I hope Serena is playing well going into RG, I would love to see her win another French Open.

I don't understand why Baghdatis is so bad on clay. Don't they grow up on this stuff over there?
