Across all surfaces definitely Djoko. Held his own playing Fedal playing from the baseline on all surfaces, with his only weakness being playing Nadal at RG, but again who doesn't have that weakness? Would be interesting to see Fed and his peaks coincide but still Fed had a much stronger serve and allcourt game to rely on and I'd still give Djoker the advantage if every rally started neutrally from the baseline.

It's a good thing tennis isn't played like that ;)

There are many different versions of Djokovic and Federer.

Best groundgame version of them is probably Djokovic 2011 and Federer 2005-06

Djokovic has a better backhand
Fed has a better forehand

Overall Fed is more dangerous and has better offense but a slight weakness on his backhand, which he can cover up well with his youthful fast movement tho
Djokovic has better consistency and no weaknesses on any wing

Its a close call

How the hell is this a Question? Djokovic runs the entire tour ragged solely on the basis of his baseline game. 2016 AO SF, is as strong as anyone can be from the back of the court.
Same goes for Rafael, someone who wins soooo many return points without a Agassi-Djokovic level return , must have extremely potent baseline game.

Federer doesn't come close.

actually it is close because fed is better from the baseline than djoko on the faster courts prime to prime.
Watch more of fed's peak from 04-07. you might change your mind.
Obviously overall it goes Nadal > Djokovic > Federer

Why does everything have to be in extremes?

It's silly to think Roger Federer with arguably the greatest forehand in the history of the game isn't even close to Novak.
