I really really hope Federer wins, and i think he can win.

But, Federer has been struggling a lot in this tournament. He squeezed out a win against Mirnyi, he got annoyed almost to tears(it seems) by Santoro, and scratched his way out of trouble from Johanson.

If Federer somehow finds his game, he should beat roddick.

Federer will win. He's got Roddick's # on all surfaces, even the only place that he has ever lost to him, here in Canada. Plus, PMac will cry because Fed will win, and I'm glad to know that. It's gonna be tough though because Fed hasn't been on top of his game all week, but I think for the final he will come out on fire like usual.

How about that after his match with Johannson. PMac goes "So how do you feel about playing Roddick tomorrow probably?" Fed just says, "What do you think? Bring it on." I love that attitude. And you could tell he was annoyed at Pmac for the really dumb question. At least I know I was annoyed for him. He really wants to beat Roddick again.

If i were to judge them based on their match play today, I would say Roddick wins the final, hands-down.

But today's matches all go out the window and we start fresh again. Johansson and Kiefer are just the ***** boys, so Federer is allowed to nod off during first sets and Roddick can DF as many times as he wants. They both know they won't be able to get away with such sloppy playing tomorrow.

It would appear that they both feed off each other and enjoy the competition. Andy for sure will want his Wimbledon revenge and to defend his title. Roger, I think, just enjoys kicking Roddick around the court like a soccer ball.

Either way, these two make for great tennis so I'm looking forward to the final.

TJ got in because Taylor Dent withdrew, not Mardy Fish.

Anyway Federer will win and it is going to be relly funny to see Roddick loose to him again. It has to be demoralising for Roddick always loosing to him. Even at Wimbledon Fed was playing badly and Roddick was playing the best I have ever seen and he still lost!!

    Federer all the way!!!

well even it is a total blow out, it will be good for the over all game of tennis. More people watch the 1 and 2 insted of the unseeded people they've never herd of.

Roddick wins on hard courts, both here and at U.S. Open.

i think it's a coin flip match. fed seems off.....it's only one match and fed is bound to lose to roddick at some point..but.....roddick played as well as he possbly could at W and still lost so give the mental edge to Fed. i think it's gonna be a great match....but to me..fed has to play poorly by his standards and roddick has to tree in order for roddick to win. plus..if roddick gets down in the match, the only option he has is to hit even harder, and you see what that does to people who only have the power game by the serena loss at W. my .02.ed

The first set could have gone either way in my opinon. Andy had more break points (that 0-40 game.) Still Fed was really great and Andy had way too many unforced errors.

Ok, that was crazy. That second set, Fed with 18 winners and 3 errors? Some of those winners he was hitting were unearthly, lol. In the game where he broke Roddick, the backhand volley, AMAZING backhand pass on the rise, on the run, crosscourt, wow. And then the forehand. And how bout the winner on matchpoint? Roddick hit too many errors because he was going for broke, which he basically has to do. Federer is just too good folks

Ya Liam, luckily I tapped the match. My tape ran out right before the last game for that winner, but did you hear at the net what Roddick said to Fed? He said (and it was funny), "You are so fu*king it's ridiculous." That made me laugh, and it made Fed laugh too. At least he can be humbled by some people. I've got some more respect for him now.

Hehe yea I taped the match aswell, I knew he said something but couldn't quite hear it. Roddick can be funny at times but I still don't like him, lol.

I didn't think my tape would last though with all talking that man was doing at the presentation!!!

Great match and the cross-court winner at 4-3 has to be the best, the way he flicked it was awesome. And Match point was also very good, the way he contained the power, got bored, and hit a inside out BH dtl winner!!!

He is awesome, I am tempted to change my sig aswell but you know me, Ferrero's biggest fan so I can't bring myself to do it! :D

Well, have you considered possible that what he hates is not tennis but you, really? That has to be depressing to watch first hand what we have to put with every time you post here...

 That's pretty funny Big Dave, when all you post is negative things about other people. Keep 'em coming as they continue to make you look desperate for laughs. And I noticed that you especially like attacking the kids, isn't there a register for that Big Dave?
