The friction between the two socks is less than the friction between the socks and feet. It elimiminates blisters.

one layer moves with the shoe, the other moves with your foot. eliminates blisters!
you can just buy double layer socks. they are called wrightsocks. i havent used them, but i hear good things from friends.

I do it all the time. Thin layer of 100% cotton and pair of thorlo. My feet are cool. Use to get blisters before with cotton or thorlos alone.

No blisters and more comfort like others have said. I have worn 2 pairs of socks in sports for many years. Other than hockey (I wear no socks) 2 pairs is the only way to go IMO.

I amazed that your feet don't burn up and get some major fungus from all the sweat.

Do you guys wear the same type of socks, or different ones for inner and outer layer?

I do this but I wear sock liners that are used in hiking. They are a lot thinner and are designed to breath more. (because they are meant for having thick hiking socks or thoros over them)

Then I just wear normal Adidas (or Nike) socks over them.

Ive never gotten blisters since I started doing that, otherwise it was about a yearly occurrence.

If you get blisters, why not change shoes? Just wondering. I also would think you sweat more by having two layers. I've never had a problem with blisters, luckily.

coz changing shoes all the time would get expensive.. i just bought the barricade5s a couple weeks ago so not only would i get blisters since they're still stiff from trying to break 'em in, but i'm prone to get blisters anyway=/
