Why don't Murray's Queens points count?

According to this page: http://www.atptennis.com/3/en/players/playerprofiles/pointsbreakdown.asp?player=MC10 Andy Murray got 55 points at Queens, but they don't count towards his ranking despite the fact that it is his 5th best non-GS, non-Masters tournament. Why not? Nadal's Queens points count.

No. It's because of Indianapolis. He violated the ATP rules for withdrawing (you're supposed to announce the withdrawal at least [some amount of time] in advance, unless you have a legit confirmed medical reason, or unless you stick around at the tournament and do promo stuff) and is penalized by having the tournament count towards his ranking, even though he withdrew from it. That's why his "Best 5" right now are Doha (W), St. Petersburg (W), Marseille(W), Dubai (Q), and Indianapolis (-), even though he has at least 2 events in the past 52 weeks where he won more than 0 points.
