Why don't pros have a 100% first serve in?

Somehow I don't understand why pro players still don't have the perfect toss and timing automated which would result in indentical services everytime they serve.
I mean: if you practice that hard and long, it seems very logical that the toss and timing should be perfect, but somehow it still isn't.

I think you have to take the following into account:
    - You can practise all you want, a match is completely different emotionally (pressure)
    - Environmental factors like wind, sun, humidity,...
    - Pros go for an ace or winning serve, they take calculated risks. If they did not, they would have a far higher first serve percentage but it would be easier returnable. After all you do have a second serve to fall back on.

They go for aggressive placement trying to force errors or get aces. They could probably get 95% in if they hit 100mph second serves for first serves.

If a pro goes for a short angle wide serve , and the ball goes over the high part of the net, how likely do you think he'll get it in... They take risks knowing the percentage in might be 50-60% etc..

In order for a 140 mph serve land in a serve box, it has to go through a window size of tennis ball. Just a fraction of sec off, it's going to go out.

But if you look at their 2nd serve, they hardly miss it. Wouldn't you say they have it perfercted?

1 : because they are humans
2 : because they face other Pro Players, so they must go for something on their serves, if they don't want to get spanked by the return of serve.
