again, this match means nothing. Djokovic had a bad week for his own standards and that's it. Novak is sill a human being not a machine. I'm surprised he even made it to the final under the circumstances. only delusional Rafa tards (and there are too many of them on this board) can think that anything has changed.

and as a reminder, Djokovic is still holding 3 slams, and he is leading 4000 points your beloved butt-picker.

Djokovic is younger than Nadal. Has spent less years on the pro tour. Has less injury concerns.

Rafa should win more matches than he loses and should end up with winning H2H Vs Nole at end of careers but still will be very close

The guy was dealing with the lose of his grandpa. Im sure it was very hard for him to focus on tennis. Imagine losing someone close to you and trying to play tennis.i would have a hard time even at ny low level.I need to see a match under normal condition before i think anything has changed in their matchup.

It has become harder to write rafa off, but on clay and grass their matches will be more equally divided. On hardcourt Djokovic is still a class above in my opinion

And why didn't he give a damn? Because his mind wasn't in the game. Because tennis right now doesn't seem that important to him. Because his grandpa was one of the most important people in his life, which is why he acted the way he did after the Dogo match.

    Not because he got bored.

I am from India and I am a Roger Federer fan. abmk, monfed all are from India. It's not that there are many Rafa fans in India. I think the number of Roger fans in India is a lot more than the Rafa fans.

Interesting analysis of Nadal's tactics against Djokovic in the final on the ATP website. His team have always been good at that.
I wonder if Djokovic can adapt and regain the upper hand.

Lol, I am the only Rafa fan in India, and the reason for that you know ;) -- what we share in common. I just hope NSK ain't Indian, I would go into some sort of terminal coma if I heard that were true.

Actually there are a couple more, but settled in the US, suresh and ksbh. Oh, i forgot tushy loves rafa. He too is enough to cause me goosebumps of embarrassment.:)

This is Federer country, dude. Except for one or two rebels, lol.

cool man. I guess it's just my impression. I post on the other tennis boards too and it just seems to me that people in India adore Rafa. I know he does some charity work there. It's all good. I don't mind any fans it just that this "Nadal ****", and you know who I'm talking about is so annoying ...

So according to the bolded part, before the match Novak should ask Rafa whether he will allow him to win or not. If Rafa says yes, then Novak should play and if Rafa says NO, Novak shouldn't play ! Why waste 5-6 hours ?

Rafa fan from India reporting for duty! (although technically I live in the US now and technically I'm as much a Djoker fan as I am a Rafa fan)

I understand your perspective prefectly. Like you, I too don't mind any fans. That's how the game should be. In some forums like Rediff, I have seen more Roger fans than Rafa fans. Rediff is an indian news forum. Also in Orkut, the Roger community has more members than Rafa community. And majority of Orkut users are from India. It's not important whether there are more Rafa or Roger fans here but I just pointed out that to you, that's all. After all, we are all Tennis fans, who enjoy the game, and may be with more affection to our favorite player. That's how we humans beings are :)

    Chill man, enjoy !
