I definitely will. Enjoyed tennis and regularly rooted for certain players before any of the Big 3 appeared. Don't see it being different when they leave.

I want to ask a specific question to everyone who has had interest in tennis for a long time.

Are there in TTW people who have been following tennis in the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s? Did you ever think "I will stop watching tennis after Borg and McEnroe retire" or "I will lose interest in tennis after Sampras and Agassi retire".

I have read a lot of people here saying "I will stop watching tennis after Federer (or Nadal, or Djokovic) retires". But is that true? Maybe tennis is always addictive regardless of which players are active.
Federer retired, Nadal is very close to doing so too and Djokovic doesn't have much time left either.
How many of you will continue watching tennis when your favorite player is gone?

I've been watching tennis since Rod Laver. I enjoy the ebb and flow of the pro tennis lineup. Remember way back when Tennys Sandgren was a "thing." Even more recently "what happened to JJ Wolf?" Which led me to think back on Jan Kodes who actually won big. I vaguely remember Emerson, Stolle and Hewitt. Times change, equipment changes, players change.

I followed/watched tennis long before big 3 emerged, certainly I'll continue to follow after their retirements. There is always someone worth watching...

Op. Federer retired and some of his fans with him

But many of the fans of Federer started supporting other players as well. Tennis is above it all.
