Fast swingspeed, poor reactions, ='s JV or doubles only.
Inconsistency spells ....more practice, talent is there.

The righty is definetly better. Good attacking games I like that. Looks like you are willing to attack rather than just baseline grind for an eternity. Her weakness is moving to her backhand side, get way out of position many times, but the lefty never exposes it in the video.

and I don't feel bad about saying this because really they are not that much younger than me... nah I'll hold my toungue.

I remember this video. I'm sorry, but it's just inappropriate. Get into college/be 18, then shake your ass in front of the camera as much as you want. When you're 15-16, that's not really what you need to be posting on the internet, especially if you want to be taken seriously.

lol so what do you want them to do? Do a high angle video where the power of the shots can't be registered as well?

Please understand I am not trying to add any contraversy on this. Me personally as a tennis fan, knows you should be watching their groundstrokes and not what they have or don't have on. They seem talented, I just would put a disclaimer of some sort on the video next time. Just because my wife just gave me hell and asked me what the hell was I watching and I had to go and explain on a great debacle that I belong on a tennis forum and occasionally every now and then people put certain videos of people playing tennis.

by the time they grow up more, they could be some very solid players. The left hander is not as good as the other girl though.

It is my understanding that these two committed verbally to Marquette.

I think this sums up my point rather succinctly. They're not stupid and they know exactly what they're doing. It's a video of some high school age girl doing a booty dance who happens to be playing tennis at the same time. They know exactly that, and no one is naive in here to think otherwise. The entire purpose of a recruiting video is to show off your abilities to a prospective coach, not show off the shortest possible shorts you can find and then jump around shaking your ass for no legitimate reason whatsoever. For you junior players out there, then enjoy. For people who actually want to see what the current junior player talent looks like, then the video is a lesson in what not to post for people on the internet. Adults watching crap like this brings up another kettle of fish which is not exactly easy to get out of. I would imagine then, clemsontennis, that you are not yet of the age to appreciate that fact.

The righty has game, not sure about the lefty.

Can it be true that they could possibly be 16 or 17 year old freshman foreigners!

So why don't Europeans play tennis in the nude? Modesty is not motivated by a belief that bodies are evil. That's a straw man argument.

Thanks Clarence Darrow, I'm sure some of 'em do.

I noticed that too, but I can't imagine the "director" (who was probably a parent) had the technical knowhow to do it. Unless it was unintentional.

Now that you mentioned that, I agreed it looked sped up.
They appeared to move faster and balls moving quicker...than supposed to be.

Was it intentional???... or they just tried to match up with the music??
    Interesting!

Girls these days like to practice in practically nothing. It's the female body. Get used to it. These girls would destroy 99% of the posters on this board 2 and 2 in under an hour.

Has anyone seen their results? How will they do at Marquette? They are not a good team. Could they jump up to the top of the line-up at once?

also do you think they required recruiters to take them both or else get neither?

Marquette is low-end/middle of the road Big East. Decent level of competition but not elite by any means. At least one if not both will probably find a spot in the lineup as a freshman. Both will find court time though.

Twins/sisters often stay together. I wouldn't be surprised if they wanted to go somewhere where they were both offered.

DII at best but more like DIII.
Lefty doesn't use her legs. Very little knee bend.
Both setup their strokes a little late (near ball bounce).
Potential is there with good coaching.

I happen to really like their recovery footwork. I also appreciate that they play all the close out balls in practice, that usually means that they are going to go after every ball and never just let one go. I'm sold that they can compete at d1 and think they will add to Marquette significantly.

Yes, people here are overestimating the quality of play on most D1 teams.

Yeah, people need to remember this is women's D1. Not men's which is what we usually talk about on here
