    Hi folks,

Has anyone tested the new "hybrid" grip from Wilson ? Seems like it has a layer of leather and a layer of synthetic above, looks very interesting.

Set up on some BLX frames I saw....

Feels pretty good man. I had a little tap around in the yard against the wall and I loved the feel... Will overrip itthough.

So far I am very impressed. The hybrids are on my BLX 95s and I really like them. Only have 6 or so hours of play with it so I will keep you posted.

And do you feel the leather, or is it another synthetic grip, just like all the other ones ?

I mean, is it REALLY different ? or just marketing...

Definitely does not feel like leather. However, as far as the synthetics are concerned, it seems less "rubbery" and somewhat softer. Not sure what they will retail for but I assume that they will be in the same price range as the other replacement grips--if so, I will likely use. I used Wilson Micro-Dry Touch in the past (and will again since I still have about 10 of them).
