    I have two K95 racquets...

    K95 A - reads [K]arbon Black and More Control @ 4 or 8 o'clock (depending on your perception), there's a 'R' next to the [K] symbol @ 3 and 9 o'clock, there's a 'R' after the [K] symbol @ 12 o'clock, Made in China is printed @ 6 o'clock, and there's a 'R' after the [K] symbol in the throat near the handle where it reads [K] Six.One 95.

    K95 B - reads [K]arophite Black and More [K]ontrol @ 4 or 8 o'clock (depending on your perception), there's a 'TM' next the the [K] symbol @ 3 and 9 o'clock, there's a 'R' after [K]Factor @ 12 o'clock, Made in China is printed in the throat under Wilson.com Designed in the USA, there's a 'R' next to [K]Factor just above W Nanotechnology @ 4 or 8 o'clock (depending on your perception), and there's a 'TM' after the [K] symbol in the throat near the handle where it reads [K] Six.One 95.

I was just wondering why there is such a variation in these two racquets? Could one or both be fakes? Both also have the Wilson hologram as well. The seller indicated that he purchased them both from Tennis Warehouse and they appear to balance/weight about the same.

I believe it was revealed that "Karbon" was changed to "Karophite" because of a question of copyright infringement.

Yes, "Karbon" is a ski brand, if I recall correctly.

The only thing TW can say is that SFrazeur and ollinger are correct.

I'm not asking TW to tell me that they're authentic solely based on my written description, I am just curious if TW has seen this variation before on KFactor racquets.

Only time will tell. At least I don't have to worry about lead poisoning.

Thanks again everyone, even Fuzzy in the peanut gallery :)

I just read some more posts on Talk Tennis Warehouse on this [K]arbon Black and [K]arophite Black copyright thing. I'm a happy camper now. My bad, I should've looked around more to start.
