  1. Hi, does anyone know the three letter codes on the butt cap that indicate the racquet is from st. vincent?

There are several combinations for the first two letters. The last letter is usually a "Q." What three letters are you specifically referring to?

I read that the butt cap codes are not an accurate way to determine if it is a st. vincent. The butt cap can be removed or a fake code can be imprinted on the fake st.vincents. I read to look for red primer underneath the black paint is a better way to determine a st.vincents.

Pogo is correct. Best way to tell a Vincent is if it has red primer underneath the paint.

^You know, I found an old wilson ps 95 at a flea market, with red primer and I bought it for a dollar. What killed me is some idiot already smashed it and cracked it.

I don't believe that the PS 6.0 95 was ever made in St. Vincent.

Right on, the St. Vincent factory closed around '91, and the 6.0 95 model wasn't introduced til '94....

Haha, I never thought about that, but I was too anxious because of the red primer.
