Both made the quarters of the French Open. Cirstea won her second round match over Mirza 6-4, 6-4, while Azarenka beat another Romanian (Ioana Raluca Olaru) by double bagel.

BTW, it's funny to see how Wimbledon chooses the centre court matches. First Kirilenko v. Wozniacki, now this one. Hmmm.....

I'm looking forward to this match. If she routs Cirstea (like Olaru), I'm moving her into the 2nd spot (behind Venus) for winning the tournament.

It's only a matter of time until Azarenka wins a GS singles title... this could be it.

she's been in pretty awesome form, I was holding off on her GS chances till the USO but she's definitely starting to look like she could be in with a shout here
