workout for you

    here is my conditioning workout, kinda like the H.I.I.T training people talk about, it'll get you in anaerobic shape that for sure. By the way this is for a d1 singles progam

    4 minute stationary jog to get the blood pumping
    55 yard dash full speed, then jog back to starting point, then 45 yard, 35 yard, 25, 20, and 10, jogging back each time,
    2 minute break
    next 3 minutes weighted jump rope, 3 minutes footwork drill, 3 minute polymetrics drills, then 3 minutes stationary jog
    2 minute break
    repeat sprint drill above
    2 minute break
    ok the ender, continous 10 yard dash drills back/forth for 2 minutes, then 20 narrow grip pushups, 20 wide grip pushups, repeat 10 yard dash drills, more pushups then repeat jumprope/footwork drills, and a 100 yard dash all out and back

    Then you're done, you'll throw up the first couple times i'm for sure, but if anyone want's to get in great breathing shape this'll do it and of course you can modify for safety sakes. This is kinda longwinded, but maybe it'll help somebody. And it takes less than an hour
