Worst place to feel sore after a workout?

    For me, I HATE when my abs are sore! Coughing, laughing, and getting up suck soooo bad! haha share your experiences and thoughts!

    The hip and forearm are the worst places for me. Not very big muscle groups, but boy can they be obnoxious.

    The worst is when you work your biceps to the max and then you get the flu. Your arms become practically useless until you get better, and you cannot straighten at the elbow. Trying leads to pain proportional to the amount you're trying to straighten it. This has happened to me twice. Not fun.

    The hammies and the groin area (inside of legs). no matter what movement you make it hurts and it never seems to fail that, during the worst part of the pain (days 2 and 3 after the workout) I'll end up having to climb like 3 flights of stairs for something. Hurts so bad.....

    Quadriceps and butt muscles. Soreness in the buttox is just....uncomfortable.

    For me, quads and chest. It's even hard to shower with DOMS in your chest!

    that happened to me twice too! just without the flu part lol i couldnt bend my elbow beyond about 80 degrees for two or three days! it was painful too not just uncomfortable lol


    yeah.. those guys are just ridiculously crazy! :shock: my heart started racing when he was doing chin ups and pull ups on the crane! wth!

    Well, if it was accompanied by the flu and let's say the flu lasted 2 weeks, the arm thing would also have lasted 2 weeks. True story.

    Butt muscles are the worst. I hate after a heavy squat day when it hurts to go to the bathroom. You cant even sit on the toilet without it hurting. every thing else I can deal with but not being able to do my business without pain is the worst.
