Would you rather be one of, if not the best 4.0 in your state or an average 4.5?

i would rather be the highest standard that i possibly could be...even if end up losing more at 4.5 than i would at 4.0....

If you're one of the best 4's in the state, I'd think you're on your way to being an average 4.5.

There - best of both worlds.... :)

Seriously, I'd take the higher rating.

Best 4.0 in your state for me. You always want to be the big fish in the small pond. You can use that title as a stepping stone into the next level.

Whats the difference? My observation is that there is a lot of overlap between the levels that a very strong 4.0 could likely beat most middle 4.5's 50% of the time. So if the question is would I rather win more or have tougher competition, I'll always opt for the later.
