With the prices of the new Adidas Djokovic Edge line adidas must be losing their minds. They are pricing this stuff close to Lacoste pricing. I've always worn Adidas and Lacoste, Lacoste being my finer line of tennis clothing.

Im loving the orange though, 65$ is pretty steep for adidas though , but their material is more comfortable then lacoste, although I do love lacoste just for looks not for comfort though. The roddick hat though, thats 10/10, hands down fav item I own for tennis :D

    Pays to wait a bit

If you can wait a season (and new clothing lineups always come out a bit early), TW --- and other retailers --- discount the prior season's wares. Everything, IMO, becomes more reasonably priced when it is no longer the latest thing. On the other hand, items that are very popular may not last 'til end of season, or stocks will be quickly depleted once they are discounted. So, you pay full price or take your chances. Most of the time, I can wait.

It also pays to check out host pro shops at various tournaments. Two years ago, we traveled a bit to attend the state junior league championships. We stopped in one site's pro shop and found Djokovic's AO orange/blue outfit in junior sizes at $30 shirt/$30 shorts. TW hadn't even stocked the outfit in adult sizes at the time. At a country club pro shop across town we found the Barricade Olympics shoe, again in junior sizes, that wasn't even supposed to be out yet. While a lot of the prices at these events are typically outlandish, you never know what you will find unless you look!

I was looking through the tennis clothing at the PGA Superstore the other day. Found the adidas section and suffered sticker shock. I love how the adidas stuff looks...but not that much.

Same as the redickulous overpriced Fed shirts. 65 for a piece of cotton. Poor kids will never dress like Fed.

65 for the Djoko shirt is crazy. I only have 2 of them the blue and the red, I really like the USO one, but I am so afraid of the price tag. Damn.

It's expensive to dress like Djokovic. He is a fine player gentleman and model.

Very true, Adidas really dropped the ball (or the crazy vortex graphics) there...
