Relative to wrist injuries on the Ulna side I found these videos by a Mayo Clinic surgeon, Dr Berger.

Wrist injury discovery by a Mayo Clinic surgeon - split UT ligament injury. Astonishing and very candid discussion!

    Del Porto visits Dr Berger

Just found this today so I don't know what Del Porto's 2012 wrist injury was.

    http://www.dropshotdispatch.com/2012/08/20/injury-del-potro-us-open/

    "............
On Facebook, del Potro said he met with Mayo Clinic’s Dr. Richard Berger on Sunday, and that the doctor ruled out any injury to ligaments or tendons in the wrist. Del Potro’s 2009 injury to his right wrist, which required surgery, was related to chronic tendinitis..................................................."
