I hate to tell you that I told you so, but I will anyways.

Don't ever think tennis is above WWF!

I tried to warn you guys, but most of you were calling me insane.

Like I said, grow up and think for once!

I forgot when was the last time an exhibition had any significant meaning.

Spring training baseball games, preseason NFL/NBA games. Soccer friendlies, etc.

There was no winner gets more money prize, or championship involved, and neither was history going to be effected by the results. Fed and Sampras both received appearance fees for these exo's, and both of them received commemorative trophies by the hosts.

Fed's double faults didn't factor into his season statisics, nor did his ace count or forehand winners or unforced errors.

    Sampras's career record didn't budge from 762-222 to 763-224.

relax. calm down. breathe in. breathe out.

    ---

Personally, I knew these exos were going to be scripted. Had they both played their best, Fed probably sweeps the series big. Remember the Battle of the Surfaces? Fed vs. Nadal? Half Clay/Half Grass?

I don't think that win for Nadal counted in his incomparable clay record, and that loss didn't snap Fed's grass winning streak. Why? Because it was an exhibition.
