I went to Memphis on Sun. and Mon. and watched Mashona Washington play Abigail Spears. Mashona's racquet (a Bablalot Pure Drive) looked a little weird! She had loaded lead tape at the 9 and 3 o'clock positions and the racuet looked majorly small! I was almost like the was using the JUNIOR Babalot Pure Drive! It may just be me but... this is the best pic I could find.

The grip looks kinda small... but from that angle seems kinda hard to tell...

Harkelroad had an ITF ranking while still playing with the Junior. Right where it should say Pure Drive or Purde Drive +, there is something written below it but you can't make it out. Maybe it says Junior. That lead tape will add stability to the weaker frame. Maybe she has freakishly small hands.

i believe it is a junior racquet because if you look at the bottom of the throat it has the shape of the junior racquet

The racket is ok, but that's one nice camel toe.....

Good eye Rabbit. I was only looking at the racket and had to go back for a second look.

Seems the angle may be the cause of the confusion.

nah i think its just a pure drive standard with a differnet grip, thus the throat looks a little differnt. as for the chamel toe situation . . .no comment
