I got the white one with the croc on the side!

I had been searching for days until a place in New York only had 4, I guess there are only lke 10 in the U.S.

So they are shipping it out.

Well, I first called Austin, Texas, and the guy was nice enough to search on his computer to see how many were in stock and where in the country. ( I have called many California, and other storesnd they would have never done this. They were rude and corrected me, Niow I know it's a crocodile not an alligator.)

He said White Plains had 4, so I got one. He later told me he was the tall guy with a striped shirt in the Andy Roddick video on Lacoste.com. HE was very nice and said Andy was a great guy.

    I think I got a steal it costed 27$.

Next shoot for the record. You should break it if you can top 155!

Is the one he's wearing for Wimbledon a different hat? I could've sworn the croc was on the front, not very front kind of to the right? Am I wrong?

He was wearing an identical black version of this during an interview after his match today. I like the black better. Anyone have any success finding this hat?

Go to Lacoste.com. There are phone numbers for every boutique in the U.S., so call and look around.

That black hat was awesome. If they were cheaper I'd consider buying one assuming the quality was good.

[IMG] is my current hat and I'm disappointed that it's going a little yellow in one spot via sweat. Bleach is always an option I suppose, but I've had white hats before and haven't had the problem. But for five bucks, how can you complain?

If the stuff was good like the rest of what Lacoste sells, maybe I'd be interested.

So is there a lot of good merch at the U.S. Open? I guess that I will have to bring even more money than I thought.

I went into the Lacoste boutique here in San Francisco today and I was told that the new "Andy Roddick" tennis line will be coming out on August 1st. These hats shouldn't be too hard to find in the near future. On another note, I have been wearing a Lacoste hat that isn't specifically designed for tennis, but it is quite nice nonetheless. They currently have the whole spectrum of colors on sale at Macy's for 25% off. Although they are selling several models, the one that I have has a massive croc on the front and is fitted with "since 1975" on the back. Since I sweat a lot, I usually go through a hat every month or two. I have been wearing this one for several months and it is still looking pretty good.

It could be a knock-off, Lacoste has had troubles with that.

But it doesn't really matter, I've seen knock-offs of other stuff and you can't tell th edifference.

Unless you got it at a boutique.

Lol, US Open 2005. I was originally going for the white one until the employee told me that they weren't going to sell the plaid anymore so I went with that. Good choice on my part haha.

The most beautiful hat I have, I found 4 of them, kept a black and white, and sold another 2 for $120 a piece.

I got the blue one he was wearing...nice fit but the heavy weight of it means it'll be useless after a few hot days. I'm noticing sweat stains around the headband. I hate washing hast because they never feel the same, even using that hat protector/clasp thing.

I think that I mentioned it earlier, but you can get a pretty good hand washing hat cleaning kit from Lids. It comes with a stain repelent spray (like scotchgaurd) that will keep it dry and free of salt stains for a while, a cleaning spray, and a brush. My hats last a lot longer with this kit then the did before I used it.

I wonder if their will be new hats, or the same.

I don't know about you guys, but I buy the hat because I like it, it just happens I'm a Roddick fan, if he was wearing something I didn't like, no way I'd buy it.

    Andy Roddick Plaid Lacoste Hat

Hey everybody! Ever since I saw the blue plaid Lacoste hat that Roddick wore at the French Open, I've been dying to find one. I've searched many websites, but haven't had any luck. If any of you know where I could find one, I'd appreciate you writing back. Thanks.

    Plaid Lacoste Hat

Thanks for trying J3ffLaiR, but I didn't have any luck looking on the For Sale section. Does anybody know if Roddick's hat will be released August 1st, the day when his new clotheline comes out? If anybody else has any idea where I could find this hat, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
