Where is the third option? Please stop writing off Federer people. He is not done yet and it really is getting tiresome.

He's been out-played during the early hardcourt season. He isn't half the athlete Nadal and Djokovic are, so he certainly won't be gaining any ground during the clay season. And you magically expect him to dominate Wimbledon and thereafter? Cuz that's what he'll have to do.

LOL at the fool who thinks Nadal's backhand is an embarrassment to the game.

Nice job guys, Federer obviously is gonna fall out of the #1 place. Jumping to conclusions

LOL at the fool who thinks Nadal can't rip a backhand with pace and only hits moonballs making him an embarrassment to the game of tennis.

And I am not saying Federer is going to be number one but really there is something wrong with you if you think he has no shot at retaining number 1.

You know what I love about the stand out Nadal/Djokoic fans is that you stroke each others ego.

As I said, hold on to this thread and we will see, but this season is far from over. :)

The best surface is coming upon us, I don't like playing on it, but I love the tennis produced by those that do.

You guys are completely convinced that Fed and his powderpuff backhand will out-perform Djokovic throughout the clay season? Ridiculous.

I dislike Fed, Nadal and Djokovic.
And I'm unmoved by their fan propaganda.

I tell it like it is, Federer can't touch Djokovic.

Alright, hold on to your statement. Again, this season isn't done.

I am not a fortune teller, but having all 3 guys healthy, eager and ready to go will be an exciting season. May the best man finish, and as for your poll, it's none of the above. :-|

This is Men's tennis. Serve huge, and you're in with a chance.
And that was hardly a rape. But I do believe Mardy raped Federer the week before.

Not a ****ty backhand. But a backhand that good players(Nalbandian, Djokovic, Nadal) eat for breakfast.

response needs to be at least 10 characters. It's just a place holder when a response is too small.

Sometimes when you type a response, I am assuming it means the term for a " filler" to fulfill the amount of characters to qualify as a post. More than 10 characters, maybe, I am wrong. :???:

Definitely Djokovic. I lost respect to Nadal after today's terrible performance. I thought that Nadal was a fighter but what I witnessed today was sickening. Nadal did not put any effort.

You're not a fan if all it takes is one bad match for you to lose respect for Nadal. Davydenko was just too good today and gave Nadal no rhythm.

Definitely Nadal now that we're going into the clay season... Feds gonna have a tough time on the slow clay considering his weakened conditioning.

Judging by the players' performances through this first part of the year: Nadal

Nadal is best player in the world at this moment. Alot can change in very little time though, and we're still talking about 7 months into the future. There is really no telling.......

Well Fed wasn't in the option but I would've picked Fed. Joker is over 1000pts behind Nadal and over 1500 behind Fed. He blew it in Miami. Nadal can possibly be #1 for a few weeks but not at the end of the season. But I would like to be wrong. :-D

You're not fooling anyone here. You're not a Nadal fan. Why you put that name is a mystery because to put that name and then make fun of Nadal at any given chance is not going to fool people here, you're just basically "causing a racket". Get it?
