I have an RDX 500 MP... and note that on the TW website it ia 332g & 8-points head-light.

Now it says on my racket, its 310g, and it really does not feel 8-points head-light.... more like 4. It doesn't feel 332g in weight also. It also says on it the balance point is 31cm, and on the website they say 32cm.

Can anyone explain this?.. surely its not just manufacturing tollorances?

Blind, I also found the RDX500 mp to be more head heavy that listed. I measured about 6 points. I too am curious as to why.

The spec on the MP is the unstrung weight, so with strings on the added weight is about 15-20 grams more (depending on string type and guage)! But agree that of the shelf it was more like 6 points headlight.

Both of mine MP racquets was 309 and 310 grams unstrung (4 1/2 grip), so that was pretty spot on! And when strung the first time (kirschbaum competition 17), the total weight ended at 326 and 327.

Ahh that might explain it then... think I will add 20g to the handle, and 10g to the head, so how it is (when my leadtape arrives)
