    I'm 6' 2", 180-185 lbs.

Don't know the swingweights (D'oh!), but I use Volkl C10 Pro 98's that weigh from 12.6 to 13 oz and also Prince NXG mids that are also around 13 oz. My racquets are typically balanced around 10 pts. headlight.

BUT for giggles I bought a Yonex RqTi 1700 Long and added weight all over but still headlight and lets just say it is VERY heavy. I am a former baseball/football player and this Thor's hammer is something I have been having a lot of fun with lately.

I believe Nadal's stock frame (if he actually uses a stock one) comes in at about about the mid 320's for SW. With the a added 17-18 grams in the bumper area, his swing weight is speculated to be at from 365 - 370s. Seems pretty feather weight for him though -- he's jacked.

Taylor Dent's setup is up there as well. He's in the 400s.

I suppose those guys can handle the high SW, since they're strong enough. I on the other hand can get away with a high SW since I play against amatuers on public courts and tournaments, so I don't really get caught being late in the the swing setup.

By asking about swingweight don't you mean the "weight" of the racquet. Without access to a RDC machine which I doubt most people posting have, you can not determine your racquet swingweight.

    Height: 6'2"
    Weight: 225
racquet: iitelligence Prestige mid plus-just purchased Microgel Mid
    racquet weight: 374 grams.

No, Im asking swingweight specificly. You don't need a RDC machine to find out SW just look under racquet specifications on TW, they are readily available. Thats why all the posters here know their SW. Im surprised you didn't know that already.

Yes, exactly. That's what's great abot TW -- they actually measure the SW of most frame they sell and list thse specs.

Also (not telling you directly) there are things called racquet calculators to estimate SW measurements after mods -- they are very precise, as long as your input numbers (mass to be added and precise location) are accurate.

Lastly, people (at lease that I know) do have their frames measured on RDC. TW will do it for you. I happen to live in Cali, so not much of a problem getting to TW's shop. I'm guessing that you could send in your frame to them to have them measure it though (will have to check back on that one).

If you add lead tape to your racquet like I have I can not go by the TW specifications-I am surprised you didn't know that. I thought I read a TW post that said you need a RDC machine to measure swingweight, particularly if you alter the weight and balance through adding lead tape.

Well sounds like you didn't read enough TW posts to the know the whole story. Yes you can actually calculate the SW after adding lead. It's called the Swingweight Customizer. (using the search function would help you greatly;) ) If you had cared to read the first post of this page someone has already answered this for you.

Black Ace is a very flexible frame. 56 stiffness - here are the specs from the TW racket finder:

    Pro Kennex Black Ace
    Head Size: 86
    Length: 27
    Weight: 14.1
    Swingweight: 396
    Stiffness: 56

The stringbed is very open which gives a ton a spin (but goes through strings quickly).
