Not unrealistic. Not 45 pounds of muscle...that's impossible. But a good bulk and the right genes and 45 "good" pounds in 8 months is attainable.

Guillotine and wide grip bench press brah!!! Take as little weight off as ya can while still being safe. If you already do those try them on the smith machine, isos the chest more and allows wayy heavier weight. If all else fails there's the iso machines! Oh and F*** THE HATERS, GET SWOLE

190-145=45, do you even know how to do math?

Been doing incline flies with my thumbs facing each other (pronated grip) really isolates the upper chest and takes the shoulders out. Also been using the incline press machine doing two chest days help. Gonna add guillotines in there somewhere and maybe wide grip over something else on the weakness day. Did shoulders and tris first today then hit chest, def got a good chest workout and gonna try preexhausting more.

And yea its funny to see people hate and doubt what I did when I posted proof. Only on TW are people dumb enough to think a 20 year old who just started lifting seriously couldn't make these gains. too lazy and mentally weak to stick to a program so just gonna hate on others lol

You are a jackass, are you aware of that? LOL

Your partner seems a little uninterested, BTW. I suggest somebody with a little more kick.

    Yes, indeed! :)

I can imagine what a regular night at the Broderick-Parker residence is like:

Filling the bag with some oats, a ride before bedtime, and making sure the ole mule doesn't kick too much during sleep.

You earned those horns, because you are a very bad man. :)

Talking of bad men, what the hell happened with ksbh? LOL I really miss his no-holes-barred memoirs.

haha, i actually found that one while googling for this picture. Was intending to post it in a month or so!

    oh that goon, lmao!

I think he left us after that Zeeshan Ali scandal. @ksbh was "disrobed" :D

He pretended to be Zeeshan. I saw through it immed, and thought everyone else did. Somehow, it seems to have escaped everyone else despite the plethora of clues. Finally, @nikdom got enraged that a poster had impersonated a real tennis pro. He threatened to call the mods and have action taken. He also tried to implicate me as an accessory/accomplice even though it was I who was locking horns with ksbh all the time. That goon, ksbh, lol.

btw, it was ksbh who started the whole Sunny Deol nonsense to deflect from the ZA scandal. And it has become part of TW's history, chapters that we are not too proud of. Then after distracting us, he quietly vanished. Anyway, you are a lot funnier, so I don't notice his absence, you don't go vanishing anywhere dude, is that crystal clear ?

Wow. I knew nothing about this saga...

So ksbh was impersonating Zeeshaan Ali? That's pretty low. What a goon... :)

I have no idea what that Sunny Deole thread is all about, I'll take a gander.

About me leaving you, unfortunately it's just a question of time now that I'm in Goracki's black list.

I fear not even Puppy Goo Goo's infinite sorrow will protect me from Dorkacki's wrath.

Nope, ksbh wasn't impersonating, he was "pulling a fast one" but no one else caught on. It was clear to me since he was talking about being a vegetarian and believing in rebirth etc and various other things that are inconsistent with being Islamic. Also he was posting from US (and a US timezone) whereas Zee is in Dubai.

There was no SD thread. He was just posting Sunny Deol's name arbitrarily in various threads like "best forehand", "GOAT contender" ... you name it and he would post "Sunny D". It was funny for a while.

I had once posted that cute puppy pic, to which Malakas (who is a vet, perma ban) said the puppy suffered from some illness or disease. As long as you don't get into fights with people, or call names, all should be fine.:)

LoL, nice! The OG Stings are fairly under rated I think, still love em'!

Had the blue 110 Sting briefly before Sting 2. I remember my mom had these 1/2 lb ankle weights that I would strap to the racket throat & hit against the wall - wuz hardcore back in the day!

Thank you for the update, Senti. You should work for Scotland Yard, nice investigative work.

As for calling names, is "goon" considered a name? Because if it is, my days are numbered. :)

Thank you, sir. From now on no goons will go unnamed. The world is so full of pain and goons. It's about time somebody took a stand against such flagrant goonery.

Both of you look good with your guitars.

That's a nice-looking icepick. I learned a new trick very recently - you can place a brick of ice inside a plastic bag and then bang it against the concrete. I am starting to believe that stabbing, punching, and hammering is overrated when it comes to ice bricks.

Congrats! By the way, what is your name? I used to play some tournaments in Serbia when I was a junior ( I am from Bulgaria)... I used to play with Vanja Vidoykovich, Tosic, Gnjatovich, Gavrilovich, Marko Barishich and some others like Radovanovich and once with Zimonich on a satellite in the nineties... I miss those days! :)
