    8) I used it for 3 yrs until my arm gave out because I use an Ultra stiff frame. UCLA men's tennis used it in 1999-2000. I put it in my 95" Equipe recently and think the 17 ga really is hard to beat. It will not break before it goes dead which is 6 sets. When it's live it's an awesome string-the power + control and feel is really special, it's been my secret for some time -alot of local shops began to by some reels in the last yr because I turned them on to it - they like the $ price + feedback. I don't know what your looking for but I'm a big hitting baseliner w/ a serve and this stuff is scary when fresh - my 1st serve % goes up along w/ my speed. Obviously I recommend you sample it as long as you don't play 4.5 and above in the Pacific Northwest :) Try the 17 GA.

That string killed my arm also. It goes dead before you break the string (I break strings every 6 hours of useage). I wouldnt recommend it for a player looking for a string that lasts a while simply for its harshes.
