Which is your favorite kind of winner?
The ace for me, cos I only do it once a match at most, so when I do do it, I am estatic.
Of course, the next point I double fault.
Backhand down the line.
For me it's the Federer head shot...;-)
hot - dog
Haha, I know the feeling. However in my last match I was serving way above my standards. I was like a serving machine, and I hit 4 aces (which is a huge number for me).
Is the headshot legal? I voted for it tho
FHCC (run around inside out a la Courrier)...
cannot believe how much i like that shot even knowing it was his only choice due to a non-existent BH..
No, it's not. Still the coolest thing ever.
Backhand DTL. I also like the Forehand DTL and a very well excuted drop shot.
ace fo sho!
FH Inside-out cross court (step-around on the BH)
Had a great laugh at this one! Thanks for making my day .
No it is not. The point was already finished before.
It is actually quite disrespectful towards the opponent to do that. Especially when up in the match by that much. Not surprised Federer did it with intention to totally humiliate Del Potro though. Just shows he is a bad sportsman.
My favorite winner FH DTL.
Backhand DTL for sure.
Has to be a one handed backhand for ultra coolness
why may i ask?
I was not being sarcastic, it really made me laugh with all of the crap going around here. Well his BH is not that consistent now a days but if we can get that forehand working and can do a run around inside/out all day that would be fun.
FH return DTL. Blake's of course.
or volley winner
i was not sure if you were or not therefore i asked (there are so many lunatic fan boys, you never know when you are going to find one that thinks Courier had a good BH)...
anyway, lately i have had so many BH crappy games that i found myself resorting to RAFH all the time... so i grew even more simpathetic for Jim...
Backhand cross court.
Jumping backhand! down the line or crosscourt no matter...
Backhand down the line, although short angle forehand crosscourt or inside in forehand both come close.
I love my backhand down the line when it's working well
A one-handed backhand down the line winner is the most satisfying shot to watch or to hit when executed perfectly.
Drop shot by far. You never know when they're coming. And then there's all sorts of tension as the receiving party tries to chase it down - Will he get there? Is it a winner? Even if he gets there, can he do enough with it?
Now that's tennis.
Opponent's double fault.
Want a tissue?
Inside-in forehand. I blow it right by people. Volleys are also a favorite.
one of my fav has to be a forehand dtl moving onto the ball/stepping into the court
(link should jump to the right spot in the vid)
It's between 'sitting alone, in a dark corner of my room, sobbing and clutching my racquet'...or 'volley points.'
All-court tennis all the way.
Went with volleys.
Has to be "Backhand down the line", just like my tennis hero Jimmy Connors
Although the backhand running drive volley I hit to win the match I played last month takes some beating!!!
Running through your volleys, eh?
unforced error from the opponent
I love running up to net when my opponent hits a not so great dropper and crackin a FH up the line...gets me excited just thinking about it. Too bad its raining here today...
Backhand down the line....
imo bh cc winner is very very rare
drop shot serve
Huh? Any example?
Other: Top spin lob.
Love to get an aggressive net player standing at the net with nothing to do but watch the ball.
