Here are some pics from a Zagreb Open Challenger. It turned out to be a really nice little tournament after all.

Croatian boys have dropped out, the only one left is Amer Delic. He used to live in Zagreb and play on the same courts as me, so I'm rooting for him.

I was also very fond of Thiago Alves. I have watched his training session and he left a positive impression on me. I had to watch him play. His court behaviour reminds me of Baghdatis, but he lost to Berlocq yesterday.

    Anyway, the pics:

    Who took Zabaleta out, Mislav?
And who are the players remaining? ;)

Thiago Alves defeated Zabaleta in R1. Berlocq got upset by a qualifier, Romanian guy which name now escapes me. Also Delic, Bosnian American lost to Elsner from Germany. So it's only Elsner and that Romanian guy left for the finals.

Elsner won, two sets to one.

Funny thing is that I didn't know what he looked like and as it turned out, he's a spitting image of a friend of mine from Zagreb. Tattoos and all. Amazing similarity.

But I wasn't there, I only know what I saw on TV.
