What a Scum Bag
I hope someone in CA can help you out with this matter. Your story checks out since in this link (F/S Head Microgel Extreme) he lists them as sold, and as you pointed out above, now he has them listed on Caigslist in CA!
Good Luck - You might want to bump this up in about four hours once everyone in CA is awake and online! |
thanks for the support mate
yeah when he said sold, i was quite confident that was in regards to our trade i've been leaving him plenty of messages on his cell phone telling him to send me my racquets etc but still no reply i really hope someone in CA can help me out |
Take some Screen Shots of the Craigslist!
You might want to do some screen shots of the Craigslist listings. He might suddenly pull them once he sees you have called him out. I am not in CA but looking at those listings with his email were what convinced me of your story. I can only hope someone will help you!

hey mate
cheers for the advice just took a copy and paste of the entire site and some screen shots |
Can the TW admins do anything about this?
It's really sad for these things to happen! It only takes a very few of these scams to happen before everyone distrusts this type of transactions. |
Hey Topspin Man:
As a person who treasures this forum and does business in this page, I feel for you man. Seems like from the evidence you've presented, i think you've been scammed. Just did some research for you. Here's something you may want to investigate. Check out this site. It's a collaborative unit between the FBI and several other federal agencies to crack down on Internet Fraud. Here's the site, you may want to file a complaint from them. Depending on the monteary amount lost, you may have some recourse. Here's the site: http://www.ic3.gov/ Keep us posted on what's going on and good luck. |
Report him to: http://www.ic3.gov/
second call her towns police department and file a report. provide them with all the information you have and fax copies of the Tracking Information to the officer taking the report. give them her adress, phones and ip if u can get it from a mod here. (use google or 411.com to get her police dept #) also file a report with the postmaster general (what she did is considered mail fraud and thats a federal offense) http://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/ also contact the troll hunters here http://www.trollhunters.com/ I got my stuff back, the gentlemen was prosecuted for fraud not only me but several other online members on another forum. Good luck and it time to get the this going. the longer you wait the more less likely you will not get your stuff back. |
I'm in the same area w/ Charles and I will try to track him down for you.
He has a ton of rackets on sale on Craigslist in the Bay Area. Charles, if you're reading this, do the right thing and ship the rackets man, otherwise, I will post a copy of this all over Craigslist. |
Nevermind....
|
man and he has a viet last name, making the viet name baddd :[ YOU BAD PERSON
|
I think he's been booted off TW a few times. Check out my thread:
http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/showt...bad+references Notice that the surname "nguyen" appears several times. Granted, there are plenty of vietnamese in this world and nguyen can't be an uncommen surname, but I think it's a little too coincidental ... |
hey everybody,
thans for the support - means a lot guys! i definitely hope that he will send me my damn racquets! =( who the hell is that much of a fraud? i have seen his craigslist ads and i agree, he is selling a lot of racquets nobody buy these racquets! they are all probably stolen! what a thief! charles is scum and hopes he gets caught out one day! |
I hope you get your racquets back Topspin Man. Was your racquet the Ktour or Kblade tour?
|
hey ChuDat
my racquets were a pair of kfactor tour's he was smart enough to give them a new restring + other acessory modifications but i know it is my racquet thanks mate |
His name sounds familar. I think my friend was about to trade racquets with him. When my friend asked him for his address, my friend noticed that he was in the San Jose Area which isn't that far from were my friend lives. My friend asked him if he could go over there and do the trade personally, but then Charles said he found another deal a backed out.
|
yeah bruno hau also said that he changes his mind very easily
and on note, bruno hau has helped me so much in this crap situation that its not funny - he was the one that found the ads on craigslist and without them, i would still prob be sittig at home waiting for my racquets bruno hau is a great guy and anybody can trust him! thanks for your help bruno =) |
Topspin I flagged all the rackets this dude has in the for sale section as a scammer. It might not update until Monday though when TW approves the posts.
|
