the Z - workout
this is a workout from my old TKD (tae- kwon -do) school that was a great workout. just thought id post it and get your guys' ideas
1st : 50 crunches
2nd : 60 side crunches (30 on each side) (lay down on your side and lift yourself straight up. i dont really get it but it was part of the workout)
3rd : 20 - 30 pushups
4rth : 40 squats
repeat steps 1-4 2-3 times
ive also been adding a cockroach to the end for about a minute (lay on your back and lift your limbs and neck about an inch off the ground)
afterwards we would do stretch kicks and than the TKD
plz post what your think and maybe what i should add to it for tennis.
do some exercise for your calves... shoulders... back?
