Pro Tennis Players when they were younger...
 

Does anybody have any pics of any professional tennis players when they were younger say elementary school, middle school, or highschool? It would be fun to see how much they've changed.

Here's one for you, taken at the 1991 Easter Bowl Boys 14 final. Both of the players in this photo became pro players. The brunette is easy, the blonde is a little bit harder. :)

brunette looks like gimelstob, is that right? kind quite figure out who the blonde is...

Amazing! Great find. I can't believe how little they've changed. The only one I didn't see the resemblance on was Wilander and Edberg. That was so cool!

Yep, the blonde is Jan-Michael. They sort of retook that photo for me, 17 years later (my current avatar, taken in July). :)

Oranges, thanks for the Mario Andy pic, I'd never seen that before and it's adorable.

Djoko, Marat, and Gasquet, I probably wouldn't have guessed, but Andy is spot on. I could have picked him out of a barrel of pictures.

And yes, Roddick is amazingly recognizable even as a baby.

I agree, many of them still look almost the same today!

I finally do recognize Gimelstob, but I still don't recognize Jan-Michael. Is he the one standing next to him. BTW, Fee, where is Jan-Michael, did he retire?

No, I am not Justin and I'm not Jan-Michael.

He's somewhere in New York City today, I believe. He'll be playing an exo with Justin in Sparta, New Jersey this weekend (why do I know all this trivia?). He has not retired, he's still trying to heal assorted injuries and play more tennis. Very frustrating situation for him (and me in some ways).
