i already knew he was using a prince blacked out in madrid but i did not think he would switch to prince but instead switch back to head!

he is playing awsome with it too.

It looks like everything is back to normal with him now. He's wearing the latest gear instead of the old crap he was rocking in madrid and he's got a matching bag and racket.

i thought his Head racquet was 93sq in. Isn't the headsize of the prince classified as 95 sq in, or is his mold different?

and the holes?

I saw a couple pics (go the master series Paris website through www.atptennis.com) . Under photos. his doubles match, you can see him hitting with the racquet but not see through the holes. All blacked out. I think its painted on for the time being. Not the first time a paintjob does something like that. Remember the flexpoints Head. They did the same for that as well.

I dont think so. There have been many pics of Monfils using the blacked out version of this racquet with clear evidence of the holes. He ditched head and is really using the new Prince 95 Rebel with speedports. I went to the website and looked at his doubles pics. There is only one pice showing the edge of the frame and it is too far away and blurry to say those are a pj. Plus the pics show that the head shape is obviously the new Prince racquet.

True, the flexpoint's pj did a good job of creating that illusion.

I was pretty sure weeks ago that monfils was going to Prince, it was just a matter of when he was going to reveal the PJ of his blacked out stick.

Racket looks real nice.

Flexpoints were so tiny they could be PJed. Not so with the speedports.

i still can't tell if his stick has holes or not.

Scroll down to King-Roger's post with the big picture of Monfils and you can clearly see the holes. The picture is from Madrid.

Am I th eonly one who thinks that the beam of the racket Monfils is holding, is way too thick to be a Prince rebel?
