Does the wink mean that your being sarcastic???

If his racquet is 11oz then mine must be 9oz. The wink is there for a reason.

I don't know, i think he thinks they use the racquet that they have the paintjob of, he did it in the James Blake thread, he just goe's on the normal TW website and posts the specs!

We could do that if it was that easy seapcat

I thought i read in another thread that he was using a custom made pure drive team plus, i remember people saying it was 97. in, i don't think he's using a paintjob

Well it is because it can't still be described as a pure drive team plus when the charachteristics have all been changed!

I just spoke with a local player who is competing in Mercedes Cup pre-qualifying, and he mentioned that he's hit with Roddick's racquet, and that it is close to 16 ounces. I think this is an exaggeration, because this guy uses a weighted-up Babolat Pure Control that's pretty heavy, but he has no idea what his own frame weighs, so I know he did not weigh Roddick's racquet, but rather just did a "pick-up" test on it. He also stated that Roddick's racquets weigh as much as Taylor Dent's Wilson Pro Staff "ROK." I'd be shocked if Taylor's "ROK" weighed much over 14 ounces, simply because I've hit with one, and it didn't feel much different than my ROK, which I've weighted up to 386 grams. Still, a 14-ounce racquet with the racquet-head speed of a Roddick or Dent would produce an awe-inspiring result.

During the 2003 Australian Open, Jim Couier stated that when hitting with Roddick during Davis Cup practice, he ribbed him for playing with a racquet that weighed in at 11.5 ounces. Courier used a 13.75 ounce stick.
Wonder if Courier was mistaken or Roddick has changed specs that drastically?
