Tretorn micro X comfort for a 13 year old girl ?
Ball costs add up so looking at the option of going for Tretorn micro X comfort for basket drills and baseline rally drills .
Ive heard this ball is long lasting but I,m worried it may be too hard for my daughter ?
Any feedback welcome .
Ps she is 5.8 , just turned 13 but strong and altheltic with no injury issues at all to date .

My experience with pressureless tennis balls has always lead to arm problems. Try them and see if the Comfort name of the ball is real.

For me if I want a long lasting ball for the basket I've had good success with the Wilson US Open. There may be others that are better and more cost effective.

I have a basket of those and use them with my students and my 14-yr-old brother (he is 5'6") fairly regularly for drills, but NEVER to hit live balls/play points with.

They are definitely harder than regular balls, although they are as good as pressureless balls get. Using them for regular feeds or hand feeds are great, because the weight of the ball sort of balances out the lack of pace compared to a normal shot.

I tried hitting with them once, and the initial shock of striking against them was enough for me to stop immediately after only one rally. I then quickly switched back to pressurized balls.

They are definitely worth buying though - just make sure you are disciplined about when to use them.
